JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that she along with her husband assaulted the informant and one Lalan Rai with Labda and bamboo as a result thereof, injured Lalan Rai died in course of his treatment. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the deceased and husband of the petitioner are full brothers. Similarly, the informant is also full brother of the husband of the petitioner and, as a matter of fact, due to partition dispute, some quarrel took place but the informant lodged this case to implicate the petitioner who happens to be his sister-in-law and is languishing in jail custody 12.06.2015.
