In the present writ petition, petitioner is challenging the auction notice dated 20.2.2017 published in the Dainik Jagran Hindi daily newspaper by which the Bank has taken steps for E-auction.

Earlier petitioner has moved before this Court in individual capacity thereby as per petitioner he has challenged the initiation of proceeding under SARFAESI ACT now he is challenging E-auction.

At this stage this Court is not inclined to interfere in

Patna High Court CWJC No.3940 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 the matter.

Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may approach to the appellate authority as provided under the SARFAESI ACT or under the Bank authority.
