2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Khudwa P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 125(a), 125(b), 109 (1), 103(1) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.09.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 39888 of 2025 and the present bail application has been preferred by the petitioner within six months.

4. In the opinion of this Court, this application is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11581 of 2026(2) dt.26-02-2026 2/2 premature as successive bail applications cannot be entertained by this Court within few months of earlier rejection.
