In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 7 of 2015 registered for offences under Sections 7/13(2) read with Section 13(1) (d) of the of the P.C. Act.

Allegation has been made, a trap was made in which the petitioner was caught by accepting Rs. 9,000/-. Charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner who is in jail since 24th January 2015.
