The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 394 of 2018, Special Case No. 11510 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 20 liters of illicit mahua wine from the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 04.12.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
