JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, there is allegation against the petitioner that has robbed motorcycle, mobile phone and one bag of the informant and petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on he has been remanded from other case. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement of co-accused there is nothing against him and he has not been put on T.I. parade and he is in custody for more than three months and charge sheet has been submitted in this case.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that petitioner has criminal antecedent also.

Case No. 73 of 2019.
