3. A show cause on behalf of the opposite party no. 4, the District Programme Officer-Establishment, Madhubani is on record annexing the order passed by the said officials vide memo no. 890 dated 03.04.2019 by which the claim of the

Patna High Court MJC No.3849 of 2018(5) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 petitioner has been negated.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be given liberty to challenge the said order.

5. The MJC No. 3849 of 2018 stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
