The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.
"1 (A) For issuance of a writ in nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to direct the respondents to remove the encroachment from public land of Canal.
(B) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs,order/orders,direction/directions to respondents to take action against all persons who have encroached public Canal."
Patna High Court CWJC No.1687 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 In the present writ application, the petitioner is seeking for removal of encroachment made by private respondent no. 6 over the public land of Canal. The petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 3 The District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah within one month from today. The respondent no. 3 The District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, after hearing all concerned parties including respondent no. 6, within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
