The petitioner is accused in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014 registered under Section 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 380, 427, 435 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner was arrested by the police on the basis of confessional statement of one Rambali Paswan in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014 thereafter police got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner showing his involvement in the present case except that there is nothing against him.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9171 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
