The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Arvind Kumar @ Arvind Kumar Verma @ Verma Jee @ Lulha and other co-accused. The aforesaid co-accused, Arvind Kumar @ Arvind Kumar Verma @ Verma Jee @ Lulha has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It appears that except the aforesaid circumstance as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16779 of 2015 (5) dt.14-09-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 64 of 2010.
