Statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that co-accused Akram with the help of the petitioner and two others forcibly kidnapped her and after that Akram took her to Panipat where she was caught by the police in the train.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation one co-accused Lutfulla Ansari has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial
