2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria (Baurgachhi) P.S. Case No. 187/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased had accompanied one Md. Basar. Subsequently, his dead body was found.

4. The petitioner is suspected of having participated in the crime. He was in contact with co-accused Vivek Kumar Das. It has come during investigation that the deceased and the accused persons were doing business in NDPS substance and because the dispute, he may have been killed. There is no Material to connect the petitioner except for suspicion in this case. He is in jail since 26.09.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5030 of 2024(4) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 above named be released on bail after framing of charge if charge not already framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria/ concerned court in connection with Araria (Baurgachhi) P.S. Case No. 187/2021.
