JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 08-11-2017 The writ petition was allowed with an order of reinstatement of the petitioner with consequential benefits. It is on the failure of the respondent authorities of the Bihar Museum to comply with the directions which led to the present contempt application. Responding to the notice that a show cause is filed today on behalf of the opposite party no. 4 i.e the Additional Director (Administration), Bihar Museum enclosing an order bearing Memo No.388 dated 04.11.2017 accepting the joining of the petitioner on 20.10.2017. The order also confirms that with
Patna High Court MJC No.1211 of 2017 (6) dt.08-11-2017 2/2 effect from October, 2017 the petitioner is being paid her salary and that orders for payment of arrears of salary would be issued expeditiously.
In the nature of directions issued in the order passed on the writ petition no cause remains to continue with the contempt application which is accordingly disposed of with an advise to the authorities of the Bihar Museum for an expeditious completion of the exercise undertaken for passing orders on the arrears of salary of the petitioner.
