2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Telmar P.S Case No. 12 of 2024 from the Court of learned A.C.J.M-I, Bihar Sharif at Nalanda registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 332, 324, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C and 25 (1-b) a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is alleged that the petitioner has fired bullet on the husband of the informant due to which husband of the informant sustained injury and lateron he succumbed to death.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. From perusal of the F.I.R., impugned order and case diary, it appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioner to fired bullet on the stomach of the deceased. Witnesses also supported the version of the prosecution. From perusal of postmortem report, it appears cause of the death of the deceased is due to firearm injury and bullet also found inside the body of the deceased after dissection.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
8. Accordingly, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
