The petitioner seeks bail in Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 680 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners Pintu Paswan Md. Sarfaraj, Md. Sonu and Md. Irfan were apprehended by the police with stolen Bolero vehicle.

It is submitted that the similarly situated co-accused, namely Pintu Paswan and Md. Sarfaraj have been granted bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10561/2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 14521/2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14301 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 680/2014.
