The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muffasil (Munger) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 147, 148, 149 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he had used abusive language upon which one Anil Yadav ordered to fire Dipak Yadav with his pistol which hit the thigh of the informant. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and even the charge of firing has been falsified in the charge sheet against Dipak Yadav, who has not been sent up for trial.

No.3912 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Muffasil (Munger) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
