The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kochaikote P.S. Case No. 286 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11(i), (A), (D), (E) of Animal Cruelty Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.09.2019. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in the offence of cruelty to the animals. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with
