Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that one Bholi Mandal, who was allegedly relative of the petitioner, died of drinking poisonous liquor and after the aforesaid occurrence, petitioner had given threatening to the deceased. On the basis of above stated suspicion, petitioner was arrested and confessed his guilt. Petitioner is in jail custody since 7.12.2015 and it appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Arbind Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Munger in Harpur P.S.
