The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that petitioner no. 1 had pushed the informant on the floor and petitioner no. 2 had slapped the grand daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.10836 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
