Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is accused of committing bank dacoity. He is in custody since 21.09.2021.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been named in the confessional statement of co-accused and similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4347 of 2022(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 Considering the submissions of the petitioner since the petitioner is accused of committing dacoity in a bank, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Therefore, this application for grant of bail is dismissed.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of the case within a year.

The office is directed to communicate this order to the District Judge, Buxar for transferring the case to Fast Track Court and get the trial expedited and get it concluded within a year. The District Judge, Buxar will himself try this case and conclude the trial within a year.
