As has been agreed in between the parties in terms of the order passed in the writ petition as well as in contempt petition benefit has already been given to the petitioner but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though she has been given one promotion but second promotion is due which has not been given to her. She has filed an application for granting second promotion.
