Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 395 and 397 of the IPC.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather his name figured in the confessional statement of co-accused. He is in jail since 24.12.2014 but he has not been put on test identification parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S.Case No. 94 of 2014.
