Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 498A and other sections of the IPC and section 4 of the D.P.Act. The petitioner is the husband and is in jail since 02.9.2014. He has remained in jail for amore than 7 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, (Nalanda) in connection with Complaint Case No.853 © of 2011.
