Petitioner is not named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that after one year of the alleged occurrence, name of the petitioner surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Ashok Tanti and except the aforesaid material, as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Amarpur P.S. Case no. 276/2014.
