Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 376 and other sections of the IPC and section 6 of POSCO Act. There is specific allegation against the petitioner for kidnapping and committing rape with the victim.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected. It is submitted that the trial of this case has already begun and out of 8 witnesses, 4 have already been examined. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same positively within 5 months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the time frame, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
