Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 511/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been made accused on the basis of disclosure made by co-accused Priti Choudhary who was apprehended on the spot. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
