JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 14.12.2016 passed by the S.D.O. Sadar, Saharsa as per the provisions of Clause 32 of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016. In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner herein, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal and in case, such an appeal is filed within four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of on merits without the appellate authority being impleaded by the issue of limitation.
