It has been submitted that on 16-12-2020, the appellants were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Special Case No. 399 of 2019 (arising out of SC/ST P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019) to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XX-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Patna and they were granted twelve weeks time to surrender and furnish bail bonds in the court below. It has further been submitted that due to inadvertent mistake, in the third line of the last paragraph of the order, in place of "twelve weeks" only "twelve" has been

APP (SJ) No.100 of 2020(3) dt.22-03-2021 2/2 typed and the word "weeks" was left to be typed, as a result of which, the appellants could not surrender and furnish bail bonds in the court below within the stipulated time of twelve weeks. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the order dated 16-12-2020 is modified to the extent that in the third line of the last paragraph of the order, the word "weeks" be treated to be inserted after "twelve" and, the time for surrender and furnish bail bonds in the court below is further extended for six weeks from today.
