2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

"1. That this application is being filed for issuance of rule of contempt against the opposite parties for suitably convict them for

Patna High Court MJC No.152 of 2025(4) dt.18-03-2026 2/2 disobeying the order dt. 25.07.2024 passed in CWJC No. 10971 of 2024 by Ho'ble Mr.

Justice Rudra Prakash Mishra, which was disposed of with direction/order on behalf of the petitioner to dispose of the representation dated 03.06.2024 filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order."

3. A show-cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties. Learned counsel for the State, referring to paragraph no. 6 of the show-cause submits that the order of this Court has been complied.

4. Considering the aforesaid, it appears that opposite parties have complied the order of this Court.

5. In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of.
