Name of the petitioner came in this case when he made his confessional statement in Dumraon P.S. case no. 161/2015. Admittedly, petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail in Dumraon P.S. case no. 161/2015.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Raghubir Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhojpur at Ara/ concerned court in Shahpur P.S. Case no. 107/2015.
