Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the IPC.

The informant alleged that 6 persons, namely, Ram Kumar Singh, Vikram Singh and Deepak Kumar @ Pappu, along with others, came and cut the neck of the husband of the informant. It is also alleged that the motive of killing her husband is that the elder brother of her husband had died in an accident and his widow, in collusion with the accused persons, wanted to get her share. The accused had threatened the husband of the informant. The informant suspected that Rekha Devi might have killed her husband.

It appears that the informant has made specific allegation against accused Raj Kumar Singh and Deepak Kumar @ Pappu and others. The petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the
