====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2022 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 465, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. and the stand taken by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that petitioner till date has not been terminated from the service and is under suspension and the investigation is still going on with respect to the allegation that as to whether the alleged certificate based on which, the petitioner came to be appointed as teacher is genuine or fake.

After hearing the learned senior counsel for the

No.3993 of 2022(3) dt.29-08-2022 2/2 petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sikraul P. S. Case No.125 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The application stands allowed.

However, in the event, if the charge-sheet comes to be submitted against the petitioner, then the present order shall lose its effect.
