Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Chairman of Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 3 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground and pass a final order within a period of 12 weeks from today. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
