This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners had called the nephew of the informant on 09.09.2014 from his house for fishing but till morning of 10.09.2014 the victim boy did not return to his house and thereafter dead body found at Dumrao Line Canal near Kali Asthan at Dharupur Mauza.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the post-mortem report reveals that the cause of death is asphyxia due to drowning.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18426 of 2015 (3) dt.31-07-2015 Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P. S. Case No. 163 of 2014.
