The informant, who filed the complaint petition, which was converted into Falka P.S. case No. 264 of 2014, stated in her complaint petition that on 10.11.2013 she was ravished by the petitioner on the point of dagger and after that the petitioner continued to sexually assault her on false promise of marriage. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant was shown in complaint petition as 12 years old but when she was medically examined she was found between 16-18 years and, as a matter of fact, the informant was major and established such physical relationship with petitioner at her own sweet will.

No.8684 of 2016 (2) dt.29-02-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Katihar in connection with Falka P.S. case No. 264 of 2014 (G.R. No. 3189 of 2014).
