JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-04-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submitted that the present writ application has been filed against the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Madhepura in Appeal No. 195 of 2012 dated 24.09.2016 but in view of the State Teachers Employment Appellate Authority

Patna High Court CWJC No.4785 of 2017 dt.06-04-2017 2/2 having been constituted which has also started functioning, permission be granted to withdraw the writ petition for preferring an appeal before such Authority.

Learned counsel for the State does not object. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

If such appeal is filed within one month from today, along with a copy of this order, the State Appellate Authority shall consider the matter on merit.
