Petitioner is named in the first information report but it was another co-accused who is said to be assailant and it is only stated that petitioner was also present at the place of occurrence when an altercation had taken place on account of cutting of tree. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- VI, Banka in connection with Session trial no. 291 of 2015 arising out of Katoria ( Jaipur) P.S.Case No. 39 of 2013.
