The statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she stated that on the offer of the petitioner, she left her home but while she was going along with the petitioner, they were caught by her relatives. The victim was found by the learned Magistrate as 19 years and the victim disclosed her age as 22 years.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
