Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the IPC.

The prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioner was earlier refused by this Court vide order dated 17.1.2013 passed in Cr.Misc.No.38587 of 2012.

I do not find any fresh ground for grant of regular bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order.
