Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392 IPC. It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and nothing was recovered from his possession. He was arrested and the police took his confessional statement but did not put him on test identification parade. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail by different orders of the court. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No. 14 of 2013.
