The petitioners have been arrested in connection with Sessions Trial No. 442 of 2014 arising out of LNMU Campus P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014 registered under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the victim and there is general and omnibus allegation of demand and subjecting cruelty against these petitioners. However, the victim was done to death.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Dbarbhanga, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 442 of 2014 arising out of LNMU Campus P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014 m.p.
