Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 395, 397 IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and it is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and his name figured in the confessional statement of co-accused but he has not been put on T.I.P. The petitioner is in custody since 16.1.2015, i.e. he has already remained in jail for about 3 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Chhauradano P.S.Case No.08 of 2015.
