2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):- i For issuance of an appropriate writ order direction to the respondents to take further action as per law after final order dated 15.06.2010 passed in case no.
149/10 by Survey Superintendent Gaya by which found the legal petitioner has been owner of lands bearing Khata No. 294, plot no. 59 (Ka), (Kha), 0165 Area and 45 Aar, carved out area from survey plot no. 4466 of Survey ward по. 4 Municipal following Nawada Town and under entry made in
Patna High Court CWJC No.20874 of 2018(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/3 Municipal Survey in the name of state of Bihar is wrong and the survey superintendent Gaya, correct the record of directed to right in the name of petitioner.
ii. For issuance of an appropriate writ order, direction to the respondents that the order dated passed in Case No. an 15.06.10 149/10 by Superintendent of Survey Gaya has it has not been become final got set aside till date hence taking further action in respect of challenged higher court or by non legal order to make correction in the record of right is the negligence of the duty of the respondents.
iii. For issuance of an appropriate writ order direction granting any other reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled.
3. The petitioner wants implementation of the order dated 13.06.2010 passed by the Survey Superintendent, Gaya by which he directed the inclusion of name of the petitioner relating to plot in question.
4. Learned State counsel submits that the perusal of the petition shows that pursuant thereto, no step has been taken by the petitioner and had straightway approached this Court.
5. This Court finds force in the submission of learned State counsel, in that background, the writ petition is disposed
Patna High Court CWJC No.20874 of 2018(2) dt.14-10-2025 3/3 of directing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent with proper representation/supporting document following the order passed by the Survey Superintendent, Gaya (Annexure-1) to the petitioner.
6. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
