The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner has similar antecedent of two cases. The allegation is that the petitioner and other were preparing to commit dacoity and they were arrested and from their possession, arms were recovered from the accused persons.
