2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant, who is Area Manager in Bandhan Bank, Saharsa, alleges that all the FIR named accused persons, including petitioner, committed theft of Rs. 16,38,700/- (Sixteen lakhs thirty eight thousand seven hundred) from the account of 43 customers (loanees) under fraud and conspiracy. Thereafter all the customers had filed complaint against the accused persons. Audit was held by the informant and during audit, it came to the notice that all the accused persons committed fraud with the customers and as well as with the bank. On giving
