In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in Daniyawa P.S. Case No.56/15 for the offence under Section 304(B) of the I.P.C.

The allegation has been made in the F.I.R. that niece of the informant had been killed on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the case diary the petitioner was not present in the house at the time of occurrence as he was doing job in New Delhi. On that very fateful day the mother -in-law, father-in-law and Dewar of the victim were present in the house. When the petitioner came to perform
