2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 313 of 2023 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504, 147, 148, 149 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, the accused persons named therein including the petitioner have assaulted the informant and his brother, as a result of which, both of them became injured, however, his brother succumbed to his injuries during course of treatment.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail and submitted that there is direction allegation against this petitioner of assaulting the brother of the informant by means of Farsa, resulting into his death.

6. Considering the nature of allegation, as well as, the seriousness of offence committed by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed.
