JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court has already been complied with inasmuch as the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna has already passed an order dated 11.03.2019 in compliance of the order of this Court, disobedience whereof has been complained of. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present contempt petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in case she is aggrieved by the action of the opposite parties.
