The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 448, 354(B) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that they were involved in abusing and assaulting the informant with fists and slaps. Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the
