The petitioner seeks bail in Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 209 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act and sections 16, 18, 18(A), 18(B) and 20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

As per the prosecution case, on the disclosure of this petitioner, one sten gun and seven live cartridges were recovered.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though the recovered gun looks like sten gun, but as per the ballistic report, it is country made gun. Petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2021 near about one year.

Case No. 209 of 2021.
